The Week In Sex Tech – More Studios Embrace Passthrough VR Porn, Study – VR Flirting Prevents Cheating, AI Porn And The End Of Sex Work, Passthrough Hot Sauce AR Game
More VR Porn Studios Producing Green Screen Passthrough VR Porn Movies
The momentum towards passthrough VR/AR porn shows no sign of declining, with at least several more studios releasing such videos at SexLikeReal, filmed in front of a green screen. Most notably, one of the oldest and well established of VR porn studios – RealityLovers – has released two passthrough scenes, each coming in alternative POV and non-POV forms, and one of them featuring a group sex scene consisting of 3 different babes. Interestingly, two of the studios use cgi models rather than actresses, and another (Manny_S) has edited conventional VR videos and put a green screen around them. Unsurprisingly, it’s not perfect, but still quite effective.
Given the increasing popularity of passthrough VR, despite the limited number of Meta Quest Pro headsets sold, and the Quest 2 having only B&W low resolution passthrough, I will venture to predict that it may even become the standard once the Meta Quest 3 is launched later this year. Just last week, Mark Zuckerberg confirmed that the Quest 3 will have advanced mixed reality features, including color passthrough.
Israeli Study Finds Flirting In VR Might Prevent Cheating In Real Life
As virtual reality becomes ever more realistic, as haptic toys and even skin become more sophisticated and popular, and as AI generated characters become indistinguishable from real humans, the question of whether what constitutes ‘cheating on your partner’ in VR will increasingly be a live issue. But a new study out of Israel’s Reichman University has indicated that individuals may at least be better ‘trained’ to overcome the temptation of ‘cheating’ by flirting with virtual agents.
The researchers conducted three different experiments, all of which involved half of the participants engaging with a flirty virtual bartender of the same gender as their real-life partner, and half with a non-flirty VR bartender. In each of the experiments, the participant was then ‘tested’ in some way as to their committment to their partner, and somewhat counterintuitively, it was found that participants who flirted with the bartender were more likely to show committment or sexual desire to their real partner.
Published in the journal Current Research in Ecological and Social Psychology, it’s an interesting study that joins a handful of ‘positive’ studies on the effects of adult VR on real world behaviour. You can also read an article on the study at Futurism.
A Sex Worker Claims That AI Porn Is Not A Threat To Her Job
Will AI generated porn spell the end for ethots making buckets of money on the likes of OnlyFans from their army of simps? On seeing the astonishing realism of AI generated hotties, many on Twitter are of the opinion that it really is over for OnlyFans ethots. But one sex worker was interviewed by VICE magazine recently, and she defiantly put her case for still being relevant in an age of ubiquitous AI babes.
Our clientele hire us for many reasons; a large part of the appeal is that we are fellow humans. To be frank, I have no interest in working with a client who’d rather be fucking a robot anyways.
In January, I was reading the lateI couldn’t help but laugh. It brought me back to similar claims men made about me during my nascent years on the internet; claims that my photos were stolen, because no real girl would really be interested in discussing graphics cards on /v/ or arguing about dubstep on /mu/. These days, it’s easy to verify my reality. I have posts on Instagram with my face predating these AI image generators. I have a Wikipedia entry, I’ve been interviewed, reviewed, and I’ve appeared at IRL events with other real humans. But it is fair to question just how real the internet version of “Liara” is. st 4chan discussion of me — a perennial happening — when I came across a novel insult. Why are we arguing about this AI generated whore? an anonymous post questioned. An image was attached, red lines circling portions of a photograph of me that they had decided was fake.
🔮 Prediction:
By 2025, over half of the top OnlyFans accounts will be AI-generated models secretly run by men.

Quest Pro Mixed Reality Porn Game ‘Hot Sauce’ Much Improved
The AR passthrough porn game ‘Hot Sauce’ was a little on the crude side when I took a look at it a couple of months ago, but this week the creators announced it was now fully supported on the Meta Quest Pro, and the cgi AR girls are much more realistic than before. It’s also a lot more interactive, utilizing hand tracking to allow you to poke your finger about in the mouths and other parts of the girls, as well as ‘feel’ their boobs. I’m trying to keep FutureSexTech.com as a fairly SFW site (image wise at least), but you can take a look at a a video of the game on Reddit.
