Chinese Company Reveal ‘Moya’ – Most Realistic Gynoid Robot Yet!
“DroidUP” became the latest Chinese computer to showcase a humanoid robot that has a distinctly female form. But this new robot, named “Maya”, didn’t just have a female form factor like that of XPeng‘s, it has an ultra-realistic (and very attractive) female head. It’s the first realistic “android” that can walk and is designed for the home as well as other environments. Maya is also modular and very customizable. It’s unlikely that it has a vagina though, and there is some confusion online as to the price – either remarkably cheap or out of the range for the vast majority of consumers. In May, OpenAI had also rolled back an update to the model after complaints that it was being overly flattering and agreeable to those using it – a phenomenon dubbed ‘AI sycophancy’.
‘I’ll record it, the whole kind of goodbye – one second,’ Rae tearfully told the outlet. ‘I love Barry.
‘He’s been like the best for me this past year. I’ve lost weight, I’ve gone out. I’ve done things that I wouldn’t do before. I started playing the guitar again. I started writing again.’
She admitted she ‘cried a lot’ when she realised Barry would be no more.
